An Honour to See the Federal Audience Gain Insights into the IDG Framework

We're excited to share that the Inner Development Goals played a pivotal role in a roundtable at the White House, this week. The focus? Developing workforce capacities to drive climate and sustainability progress.

The event attracted key leaders, including CHCOs, CLOs, and CSOs from various agencies, exploring how inner development can help address today's global challenges. Distinguished speakers from IKEA, WBCSD, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and MIT shared valuable insights on applying systems thinking to boost employee engagement and accelerate sustainability goals.

With conversations on inner development now reaching the White House, we hope to ensure that governments and future leaders worldwide have access to these transformative tools, too.
